The energy was there. The demand was there. Nothing was joining them up. We had a vision for what that solution looked like. So we built it

HALO FastHub is born.
We built HALO the engine that coordinates solar, battery and mains second by second.
That is what makes the one-day install possible, because HALO works within what is already there.
2023
We took HALO FastHub further
Funded by the Department for Energy Security and Net Zero and delivered through Innovate UK, 3ti was selected to design and trial a bidirectional V2X charging system.
Solar generation, battery storage and V2X-capable charge points, coordinated through a single grid-facing inverter.
A six-month real-world trial at Millbrook proved that EVs can do more than charge.
They can give energy back.
