UK Government funding can help reduce the cost of installing EV charging infrastructure. A number of schemes may be relevant to HALO FastHub, depending on your organisation, site and proposed installation.

Workplace Charging Scheme.
Who is it for?
Supports UK businesses, charities and public sector organisations with dedicated off-street parking to install EV charge points at their premises.
What does it cover?
- £350 per socket, up to 40 sockets per applicant across all sites.
- Installation must be carried out by an OZEV-authorised installer.
- Charge points must meet the specified technical criteria.

Does HALO FastHub qualify?
Yes. HALO FastHub uses OZEV-compliant charge points and is installed by our accredited team. It qualifies as a suitable workplace charging asset under the WCS
EV Infrastructure Grant for Staff and Fleets.
Who is it for?
Targeted at SMEs and other organisations installing multiple charge points for staff or fleet vehicles, including the enabling infrastructure, cabling, feeder circuits and parking space preparation.
What does it cover?
- Up to 75% of eligible costs in many cases.
- Typical cap of £15,000 per site, or up to £500 per parking space enabled.
- Covers both charge points and enabling infrastructure works.

Does HALO FastHub qualify?
Yes. HALO FastHub is designed for rapid, scalable deployment and includes all enabling infrastructure within the prefabricated unit. It aligns directly with this scheme’s objectives.
Depot Charging Scheme.
Who is it for?
Specifically aimed at fleets, local authorities and non-profit organisations across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland installing charging infrastructure at fleet depots. One of the most significant funding opportunities available for organisations deploying HALO FastHub at scale
What does it cover?
- 70% of charge point and civil works costs.
- Up to £1 million across all sites per applicant.
- No cap on the number of sites an organisation can apply for.
- One application per organisation.

Does HALO FastHub qualify?
Yes. For organisations deploying HALO FastHub at one or more depot sites, this scheme provides a substantial funding opportunity. Our team can confirm eligibility for your specific sites.
Public sector and local authority funding.
Who is it for?
Specialised schemes support local authorities, educational trusts, NHS trusts and other public bodies to deploy EV charging networks.
What does it cover?
Local EV Infrastructure Fund (LEVI)
For larger-scale public charging infrastructure roll-out. Aimed at local authorities building the public charging network their communities need.

Yes, HALO FastHub’s one-day installation and minimal civils requirement makes it a strong fit for public sector projects where disruption must be kept to a minimum. NHS trusts, police forces, local authorities and educational bodies have all deployed HALO FastHub successfully.
