Guildford, June 2026 — 3ti Energy Hubs has completed the installation of a HALO FastHub at Merseyside Police’s primary vehicle maintenance and fleet depot, providing twelve simultaneous charge points for the force’s electric vehicle fleet.
The installation — comprising a 19.32 kWp solar canopy, integrated battery storage and twelve Type 2 AC charge points — was delivered and commissioned in a single operational day, with no disruption to the force’s 24/7 vehicle operations.
Keith Dickinson, Director of Resources at Merseyside Police, said: “FastHub allows us to provide flexible charging for our diverse fleet, which is integral to our sustainability strategy. The installation team were on site for one day and the hub has been running flawlessly since energisation.”
The HALO FastHub’s zero-grid-upgrade requirement made it particularly well suited to the depot, where an additional DNO supply application would have introduced significant delay.
